Like a star shining brightly

Alissa is definitely all girl. And when it comes to ballet, she is all ballerina. She is such a natural athlete, and so graceful to watch. Don't get me wrong, she's 6 so there is definitely room for improvement, but where or how she got the genes to dance like this I will never know. She loved doing ballet this year and it helped a lot that her teacher thought she was the "best in the class," and told Alissa so every time she left the studio. At the recital this year her class danced without a leader for the first time. When I get the video up, you'll have to watch her eyes as the dart to the left where her teacher is doing the whole dance off stage. But it was still pretty darn cute to watch!
